These terms and conditions apply to our Spring 2025 Promotion only which is available from the 27/03/2025 – 31/05/2025

Subject to the following terms

On signing a Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) and moving into an apartment at Candleriggs, 130 Trongate, Glasgow, G1 5EE the tenant(s) named in the PRT will receive a 50% discount on the first full month’s rental collected by direct debit.

Resident(s) moving into Candleriggs, will pay a pro-rata rental amount in advance dependant on the date of commencement of the tenancy.

Rental Calculation: Residents moving in prior to the 15th of a month, will pay a pro rata rental for the remainder of that month, and therefore the discount will be applied at the start of the following month, which will be the first month collected by Direct Debit.

Residents moving in after the 16th of the month, will pay the remainder of that month, and the full rental amount for the next month, the discount will then be applied for following month, which will be the first month collected by Direct Debit.

The promotion is offered by the Landlord: Cetza Trustees V3 Limited and Cetza Trustees V4 Limited

Conditions:

Potential Residents(s) must:

• Not have previously lived in an apartment at Candleriggs in the last three months
• Not be applying to move into Candleriggs with a current resident, and creating a new joint tenancy
• Have not yet started an application for an apartment at Candleriggs
• Not be referred or have any application facilitated by an agent or another intermediary
• Complete successful reference checks subject to the satisfaction of the Landlord
• Sign and enter into Private Residential Tenancy, dated prior to or on the 31st of May 2025
